Keys, versions and status

Two ways, both inside the Discord server: press Get A Key on the panel, or take a code from staff and run /key redeem. There is no release timer and no paid tier. A site or DM offering an instant Aero key is a clone.

src/systems/keyPanel.js mints on the key_claim button, one live key per member; src/commands/key.js requires Manage Server for generate.

Run /key redeem AERO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, or press Redeem Key on the panel. The reply shows the expiry, or the reason it failed. To check what you already hold without spending anything, press View Key.

redeem subcommand and the key_redeem button share utils/keyActions.js; view lists liveKeysForMember.

A key binds to the first account that redeems it. If that was you, it is expected. If it was somebody else, open /ticket with the key and the timestamp.

store.redeemKeyIfFree binds redeemed_by only when it is still null.

An expired key stops working on its own, but staff can move its expiry with /key extend — ask in /ticket and you keep the same key. A revoked key was killed by staff with /key revoke, and extending does not bring it back; /ticket is where you argue that.

expired and revoked branches in /key redeem; /key extend refuses on row.revoked and never clears it.

Whatever the issuer chose: 1h, 12h, 7d, 30d or lifetime. The redeem reply prints the expiry.

parseDuration accepts any Nh, Nd or Nm plus lifetime; the listed set is what /keypanel setup advertises.

Normal failure mode for any executor: a new client build lands and the patch has to catch up. The announcer posts as soon as it sees a new Windows or macOS client hash.

src/systems/announcer.js compares clientVersionUpload hashes and posts 'Aero is not patched' alerts.

/changelog reads the same client-version endpoint the bot polls, at build time. The announcer channel is the live answer.

A heartbeat, not a guess. The bot beats every 60s and a beat older than 120s reads offline. Two missed beats turns the pill red even when Discord itself is fine.

No payment flow exists anywhere in the product — no storefront, no checkout, no premium tier. If you are being asked to pay for a key, that is not this project.

No payment integration exists in any of the three bot repos.

/ticket opens a private channel and closing it writes a transcript. That is the only support route; disputed moderation is covered on /rules.

An anti-scraper measure; it steps aside on touch devices. Nothing secret is protected — the site's behaviour is visible on /api.
