How each line is decided

A bar is one check, not a speed — green means that check succeeded. Heartbeats older than 120 seconds read as offline, so a crashed bot is visible within two minutes.
Opening a card adds a 90-day strip: one cell per UTC day, recomputed hourly from stored samples. Checks that passed or failed are counted; checks that got no answer are not. A blank day had no samples yet.
A 404 here means the site is up and the bot is not. The Worker serves this page; the bot is a separate process.
