Aero / Rules

Six rules, and what enforces them

Each rule says what enforces it — tooling, or only people. Most disputes are about a key that was shared, and a bot cannot un-share one.

The rules

Do not share a key after redeeming it

A key binds to the first account that runs /key redeem. Sharing it after that does not help anyone — it just burns a key that was issued to you.

By design: store.redeemKey records redeemed_by once and every later attempt is rejected.

Never post a key in a public channel

Keys are single-use and readable by everyone in the server. Send one to the person it belongs to, or open a ticket.

Not enforced by the bot. This one is on people.

Only the domains listed here are Aero

This site and the Discord server are the whole surface. Clones that borrow the name are common in this category — one of the executors we looked at had been taken down for legal reasons while a lookalike kept its search traffic.

Not enforceable technically. The footer repeats the official domains for exactly this reason.

Support happens in a ticket

Run /ticket. It opens a private channel and writes a transcript when it closes, so a dispute has a record instead of a screenshot.

By tooling: src/commands/ticket.js plus utils/transcript.js.

Moderation actions are logged

Warnings stack against your account and can be read back with /warnings. Argue the decision in a ticket, not in general chat.

By tooling: /warn and /warnings persist to the bot's data file.

No selling, buying or trading keys

There is no payment system in this product. Any offer to sell an Aero key is either a scam or a revoked key.

Not enforced by the bot; revoked keys stop working.

What the bot can do

The commands staff have, so a moderator's claim in a dispute can be checked against a real capability.

CommandWhoEffect
/key generateStaff (Manage Server)Issues a random AERO- key with a duration and optional note.
/key infoStaff (Manage Server)Checks whether a key is valid, expired, revoked or already used.
/key searchStaff (Manage Server)Lists every key a member holds or that was issued to them.
/key extendStaff (Manage Server)Moves a key's expiry. Never un-revokes a revoked key.
/key revokeStaffKills a key.
/key listStaffLists recent keys.
/warn, /warningsModerationRecords and reads a member's warning history.
/unwarnModerationRemoves one warning by the id /warnings prints.
/userinfoModerationA member's join date, account age, roles, timeout and warning count.
/ban, /unban, /kick, /timeout, /untimeout, /purgeModerationStandard moderation, logged by the bot.

Full command list on /get-key and /tutorial.

Disputing an action

Run /ticket. Closing the channel writes a transcript, so the decision and the appeal sit in the same record. Do not argue it in general chat — that is where a warning becomes a second one.

Warnings stack and are readable back with /warnings.
